Requirements to Join

To ensure the safety and success of our mentorship program, we have a few requirements for potential mentors:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Consent to a background check.
Participate in an in-person interview.
Complete required mentoring/leadership training
Hold a valid driver’s license.
